In the State where we are located we deliver the goods within 24 Hours from the date of dispatch. For the other states, we will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days on clearance of payment. For all deliveries to the Canada, please allow additional 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE: If nobody is available to collect the delivery, couriers may leave a card to inform you with information on various methods on how you can get your delivery.
For International and other Canada orders outside the USA are exempt from paying USA TAX, it is your responsibility to notify O2prior to payment that you are exempt from TAX. We must have a valid RESALE CERTIFICATION before invoicing and dispatch of goods. Delivery of goods must be to the registered BUSINESS ADDRESS.
We are unable to refund TAX if we do not have this information verified before payment.
During peak times please allow the delivery time scale within 5 – 6 business days from the date of order placed.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of claims for Faulty or Damaged merchandise; Please fill the RETURNS form on the website and one of our team member will get back to you within 2 working days. It remains the customer’s responsibility to arrange for return of the goods, and once assessed a decision will be made as to refunds. Goods will not be accepted back after 14 days of delivery.
Safe return of the goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund will be made within 5 working days of the goods being received back into stock. Not including carriage charges, providing the goods are in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. all packaging must be intact.
O2will not be responsible for any further Shipping costs incurred by the seller.
We are unable to refund or credit items which in our opinion have been deliberately damaged.
All orders in the process of being invoiced out and packaged are double checked by at least ONE member from the staff.
Invoice for your goods is always placed in your carton; if your invoice is missing you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your order. After this time copy invoices will not be re issued.
In the event of wrongly picked item received by the customer then O2is responsible for the cost of shipping occurred to be reimbursed to customer following receive of goods.
If you wish to cancel your order before the dispatch please email us or contact our office within 24hrs of your order placed.
Return address is always same as on your shipping label or on the invoice. So please return your items to the office address mentioned on the shipping label or on the invoice. Please find THE ADDRESS BELOW, if you don’t return the goods to the correct location, O2will not be responsible of return payment delay OR reduction of the payment amount.
